    Hello everyone,

Just like to say i found out about this site from our US based ducatimonster.org website, and I'm glad to have found it! Your meetings look great! And the ladies pictures are sweeeet!

Im in the process of planning my next trip, and i thought it would be really fun to have my monster shipped to Italy and use it for traveling around the country for 1 or 2 months (or until i run out of money!).

I know its cheaper and easier to just rent a bike while im over, but thats not the point. I want to take the monster!

Anyone know if this is even possible? I know the Italian bureaucratic process is legendary... but i was hoping there may be some way to get my bike in and legal for a couple months.

Thanks in advance, sorry i dont speak italian, but im going to use Babelfish translator to try and translate below. [SM=x35577]

    Cheers!

    Ciao tutto,

    Cheers!

    -mike

you can rent a monster in a turistic sea city, but i think it isn't very cheap and the motorbike aren't very safe. So best way for me is to put your monster on the ship. I think that a travel on your Monster is more beatuful that a travel on someone else monster.

    I know the Ital

    Dear Mike,

first of all welcome to our club . We are really glad to have foreign visitors who share the same common passion for the Monster.

Concerning to you question I do not see any particular problem to bring your Monster here.
I know there are specialized shipping companies which will take care of all the process including the necessary paperwork.
I believe you need only an extension of your insurance coverage and nothing more.

Hope you'll really be able to made it and to join us in Italy for a good ride together.

Please keep in touch and do not hesitate to contact me for any further question...

    see you soon around
